Destination:

Semi-automatic blowing machines BПA-1000 and BПA-5000 are used for blowing of various bottles for sunflower oil, milk products, mineral water, drinks, cosmetics, detergents and hot liquids. The machines are operated by a programmable logic controller. The machines are adjustable and easy-to-operate, they correspond to the international quality standards. An operator-adjuster without special skills is able to operate it.

CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATION OF A STOVE

A stove consists of the following parts: frame (1), conveyer drive unit (2), chain conveyer (3), lamps (4), reflectors (5), fan (6), coolers (7),  control desk (8), electrical equipment unit (14).

A frame of the welded construction of square tubing contains all functional parts of a stove. The adjustable supports (13) are provided for steady position regulation under the frame.

A drive unit of a chain conveyer contains an asynchronous motor (9), a worm reduction unit (10) with a cylinder device. The electrical equipment changes gradually a number of revolutions of an output shaft.

A chain conveyer contains a horizontal driving roller chain with the spindles (11) on it for the preforms placement. The chain is fixed on two chain wheels (12), one of which is used for chain tension due to adjusted displacement     

The fourteen lamps (seven lamps on each side) are placed in a stove on the insulated frame parallel to the conveyer. The lamp frame makes it possible to move lamps upright and across. A lamp is a cylinder hermetic quartz sleeve filled with inert gas and halogen compound additive. A filament coil creates luminous flux in infrared spectrum, the aforesaid allows to heat the preforms to a relevant blowing state.   

The reflectors are made of polished stainless steel and used for luminous flow direction to the preforms.

An axial fan on the front wall blows air to the heated preforms area and prevents form overheating of outer walls of the preforms. A temperature sensor (15) allows to control air flow temperature in the heating area.  

The coolers are four square tubings with tap water circulating inside. The coolers are placed parallel to the conveyer movement and protect screw parts of preforms form overheating.
